Discover Enos Technology
Titan Medical has integrated significant technology into the Enos surgical system with the purpose of improving the robotic assisted surgical experience for surgeons, which we believe will bring important benefits to patients, including less trauma, less scarring and faster recovery times. Enos is designed to benefit hospitals through its smaller footprint, easy mobility and lower operating costs. See how our technologies each bring their own benefits to the robotic single access experience.

Surgeon Workstation
The Enos surgeon workstation includes a 3D high-definition display to provide a crucial balance of surgical immersion and situational awareness in the operating room. The display is mounted to the ergonomic workstation with a natural handle interface designed to deliver and support comfortable surgical posture, even during long procedures. Titan has designed the workstation to be highly mobile and to cover a smaller footprint.

3D high-definition display platform
Natural multi-articulated handle interface
Multi-configurable elbow rest and foot pedal positioning
Swiveling smooth-glide coasters for easy maneuvering
Integrated software for simulation training
Patient Cart
In a 25 millimeter insertion tube, we are placing two articulating arms and two lighted camera systems — a 2D high-definition camera and a 3D high-definition camera that articulates. It elevates, tilts, and pans under surgeon control to ensure visibility of the surgical site at all times. This single access system enables swift, multi-quadrant positioning with easy-to-load instruments. Titan Medical’s mobile patient cart is designed with mobility in mind. It is easy to maneuver, features a simple set up and has minimal cable management, among other significant features.

Titan will commercialize 8 tip types, which are easy to load and unload through the insertion tube
Single port enables swift multi-quadrant positioning
Minimal cable management in operating room
Compact rollers for easy maneuverability and positioning
Single-arm configuration with no external moving parts for easy setup and assistant-friendly surgery
Instruments and 3D high-definition camera delivered through 25 mm diameter insertion tube

S-Works section for translational movement
Monopolar compatible end-effectors
Distal section – 2 axis multi-articulate movement
Tip section – rotation and open/close movement
Multi-Articulated Instruments
Titan Medical’s multi-articulated instruments bring remarkably fluid flexibility and strength to position the end effectors for grasping, suturing, cutting and coagulation. The open architecture anticipates future adaptability for new functionality and end effectors. Initially, Titan will commercialize ten tip types.
